Rumi starts with how you actually live.
Sleep, cleanliness, guests, noise, budget, neighborhood and move-in date — each weighted by how much it matters to you.
Then ranks everyone by how well you’d get along.
A score out of 100 for every verified student, the reasons behind it — and your dealbreakers filtered out before you ever see them.
